  34. SetTimer is a utility which can create a timer in a system variable.
  35. Every time the variable is read it will produce a string representing
  36. the time since the variable was created. The timer resolution is in
  37. centiseconds and it will run correctly for 200 years (or the next
  38. machine reboot).  An example use is with FreeDial (e045) for recording
  39. time spent on-line.
